The Business Owner Movement LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (The BOM), is a for-profit entity. The BOM provides a professional network to support start-up and small business owners, as well as gives its business members a general understanding of forming a Georgia limited liability company and applying for an EIN. To that extent, The BOM provides general information on legal issues commonly encountered by start-up businesses. Your membership payment represents a one year membership in The BOM and entitles you to all of the resources available to other members of The BOM. In no case shall your membership be construed as an equity, ownership or voting interest in The Business Owner Movement LLC. The BOM membership fees and renewal fees are subject to change.
The Business Owner Movement LLC (The BOM) is not a law firm, and the employees of The BOM are not acting as your attorney. The BOMs legal document service is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.   The BOM cannot provide legal advice and can only provide self-help services at your specific direction.
The BOM is not permitted to engage in the practice of law. The BOM is prohibited from providing any kind of advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendation to a consumer about possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms or strategies. This Membership Registration is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship, and by applying to become a member of The BOM, no attorney-client relationship will be created with The BOM. Instead, you are representing yourself in any legal matter you undertake through The BOMs services.
The BOM membership also includes a review of your registration answers for completeness, spelling and grammar, as well as internal consistency of names, addresses and the like. At no time does The BOM review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice or apply the law to the facts of your particular situation. The BOM and its services are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.

By signing this Membership Registration, you acknowledge that you have read this Legal Notice and, if applicable, authorize The BOM to file the Articles of Organization with the Georgia Secretary of State for your business as well as apply with the Internal Revenue Service for your business’s Federal Employer Identification Number as a single member limited liability company. The BOM reserves the right to reject any membership registrations at its sole discretion.
