Member Sessions: The BOM holds an one hour member sessions (in Atlanta, Ga.) every month at 10:00am.  At the end of the presentation, each prospective member is given an opportunity to join The BOM, and have their Limited Liability Company (LLC) and Federal Tax ID completed that day. 

Session Fee: $20 for non-members  ($15 with RSVP).  There is no session fee for existing members.

Membership Fee: $99, annual membership if you already have a corporate entity 

                                   or                               

                           $500, annual membership and to form a LLC and receive an EIN for your business
                                 

                                  Credit cards accepted.

         Membership includes:

• Limited Liability Company & Federal Employer Identification Number ($500 membership only) 
        Normally: $675 (LegalZoom) - $1,000 (Attorneys)
• Access to a business attorney every month
      Normally: $250/hour
• Attend Monthly Sessions – Live or Online
      Normally: $20/week
• Networking with other business owners
        Normally: $350/year
• Video presentations on the website
      Normally: $35/video
